Magazine and Journal Databases

Periodicals (magazines, journals, and newspapers) contain articles which may reflect various points of view. Cayuga subscribes to more than 440 print periodicals, which are available in the library.

The library’s periodical databases provide access to more than 15,000 additional periodical titles. Titles in this collection may be found in Cayuga's magazine and journal list.

These databases may offer citations, abstracts (summaries), and often the full text of articles. General periodical databases cover a wide variety of subjects, and are good resources to use early in your search process.  Other databases concentrate on providing articles on a specific subject.
