Tuition and Fee Payment
Once you are registered for classes at Cayuga, you will be billed for tuition and fees. We no longer send bills by postal service – you will need to access your college email to receive your tuition bill information.
Your tuition may be deferred based on certain financial aid awards, such as TAP and PELL. Under special circumstances, outside agencies and companies providing tuition assistance to their employees may also be billed at later dates. If you do not qualify for these types of aid, you must pay your tuition and fees by the date indicated on your bill. There are three ways to pay:
- You can pay in person with cash or check at the Business Office on either campus.
- You can pay online with credit card or e-check.
- You can arrange for automatic deductions from your bank account or credit card through the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan (e-Cashier).
A variety of federal, state and college-sponsored financial aid programs are available to assist you in financing your education. Details are available from Cayuga’s Financial Aid Office.
Paying Your Tuition Bill Online
A student can pay online by e-check, credit card, Facts payment plan or set up an Authorized Payer to pay online.
- To set up an Authorized Payer: As a student, you can set up an Authorized Payer to view and pay your tuition bill. In your Banner account:
- choose STUDENT ACCOUNT
- then PAY ONLINE
- then enter QuickPay by choosing MAKE A PAYMENT/VIEW YOUR BILL.
- Here you will be able to see your statement, tuition bill, make a payment or set up an Authorized Payer. A student can set up as many Authorized Payers they want to. The student will set up the Login name and Password for each Authorized Payer. It is the Student's responsibility to notify the Authorized Payer their password, the college will not know this information. The Authorized Payer will be notified by email the login name and web link. Once the Authorized Payer is set up, they will be able to make a credit card payment or e-check payment to your account. They will see these payments being applied to your account and they will also see any refunds that are applied to their credit card if applicable.
- A student can pay online themselves by credit card or e-check:

- then PAY ONLINE
- then enter QuickPay by choosing MAKE A PAYMENT/VIEW YOUR BILL.
- Follow the on screen instructions for type of payment chosen.
- A student can set up a Facts Payment Plan for the Fall and Spring semesters only.
The payment plan is set up to automatically pay 4 monthly payments out of a checking/savings or credit card account. - If a student has enough Financial Aid to cover their tuition bill and has either a negative or zero balance on their account, they MUST confirm their charges by choosing the CONFIRM CHARGES buttons.
Authorized Payer/Parent
A student has the ability to authorize a person(s) to be Authorized Payer(s). This role will be able to view the student's tuition bill using a login name and password provided by the student. The Authorized Payer(s) will be able to make a payment on the student's account using a credit card or e-check. The Authorized Payer and Student will be able to view all payments made to their account.
To become a Authorized Payer, the student needs to set the person up from their Banner account. Once the Authorized Payer is set up they will receive an email with the information regarding the login and web link. The Student has to give the Authorized Payer the password they set up. Please do not contact the College for the password; the college will not have access to the password the student set up for the Authorized Payer.

FACTS Tuition Payment Plan (e-Cashier)
The FACTS Tuition Payment Plan allows you to authorize automatic monthly payments from your bank account or credit card. Each Fall and Spring semester, FACTS automatically deducts four equal tuition payments (covering tuition and fees only) from your checking or savings account, or charges them to your MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. FACTS charges a $25 non-refundable fee per semester to participate. FACTS is not a loan program. No debt is incurred, there is no credit search, and no interest or finance charges are assessed by FACTS on the unpaid balance.
To authorize automatic payment through FACTS, simply log on to your Banner student account, using your ID and PIN. Choose FACTS Tuition Payment Plan – eCashier and follow the steps to enroll.
Pay by Credit Card Online: Banner
To pay your tuition and fees by credit card or e-check online, simply log on to your Banner student account, using your ID and PIN. Choose Pay Online, then choose the term you are paying for, and follow the steps to pay.
